These Villas are the product of a design concept that underlies a new collection of homes and launches a fresh perspective for the creation and the accompanying lifestyles in specially selected locations of the Costa del Sol. New proyect sits within the gentle landscape of Estepona, where the coast meets the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja. Here, native butterflies move among wild herbs, citrus and warm garden terraces. The development draws from this natural setting, offering calm light filled spaces that feel connected to their surroundings. This is a place to live with ease, in a setting shaped by nature and refined by thoughtful design. From its hillside perspective, the 17 villas that make up the modern community look out over the nearby golf course, the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline thats tretches east towards Estepona. Look band you will see the fairways meander in the direction of Los Reales, the mighty mountain that watches over this part of the Costa del Sol. The 17 villas stand out for their clean architectural lines, flowing spacious interiors, high build and quality standards as well as attention to the kind of details that make the difference. This is where experience and passion for building homes come together. The project is located in a hillside setting surrounded by nature, golf courses and views of the nearby mountains and the coastline that stretches in both directions from here – towards Sotogrande in the west and Marbella in the east. Both are a short distance away, with all the amenities of Estepona, the most up-and-coming resort town on the Costa del Sol, right on your doorstep. There are three golf clubhouses within the area, as well as beaches and beach clubs, a marina, shops, restaurants, clinics, international schools, wellness centres and racket clubs.
